Setting formatting rules on text that does not fit in a text area

You can specify rules that apply to text if it does not fit in the text object or Story frame.

To set rules on text that does not fit in a text area

1	Select the text object or Story frame.

2	In the Properties panel Text category, click in the Formatting rules option.

3	Click the browse button. The Formatting Rules dialog opens.

4	Select how much to decrease the font size by, either in points or percent.

5	Select how many times this reduction applies as you reduce the area, and click OK.
