Updating the document type for e-invoices

You must update the document type for e-invoices (see Defining document types with metadata) with the following metadata:

•	One metadata for the hash value of an e-invoice after being signed.

•	One metadata for the e-invoice identification.

•	One metadata for the reference to an archive time-stamping record in which the hash value and the e-invoice identification are included.

You can add the new metadata to the existing metadata group for e-invoices, or you can create a new group and add this group to the e-invoice document type.

Syntax

If you use the names from the table below, the Archiver application automatically recognizes the metadata. If you use other names, you must specify the names in the advanced configuration of the archive time-stamping task.

You must use the name StrsSignatureFilterSHA256Hash for the metadata for the hash value.

Name	Data type	Description
StrsSignatureFilterSHA256Hash	Text	The metadata for the hash value of an e-invoice. In the Document Type Editor, select No value.
StrsExternalDocumentID	Text, Date, or Numeric	The metadata to identify the e-invoice. In the Document Type Editor, select Variable and assign a variable for identification. For example, the invoice number.
StrsArchiveTSRecordReference	Text	The metadata for the reference to an archive time-stamping record. In the Document Type Editor, select Static text and enter the text undefined (will be used if a reference is missing or yet not set).
