E-Invoice Center configuration, archive time-stamping

This section applies if archive time-stamping is used and the Seller archives e-invoices in the Collector storage.

Note:

Time stamping is required only if the Seller is registered for VAT in Italy, or established in Italy but using foreign VAT numbers.

To enable archive time-stamping, you must modify the configuration and the deployment of the E-Invoice Center Project. This section contains information about the required configurations in Design Center and Control Center.

If you run into problems when configuring or running the Design Center Project, contact OpenText Support. If required, OpenText Support will contact TrustWeaver.

Prerequisites

•	An existing Design Center Project, configured for E-Invoice Center as described in E-Invoice Center Project configuration.

•	A StreamStudio Collector environment, including a Collector storage and an Archiver application for transferring e-invoices to the Collector storage. See StreamStudio Collector configurations in the Control Center documentation.

 

To protect the logon credentials, you must make sure that no unauthorized personnel have access to the environments where you develop, export, deploy, and run E-Invoice Center Projects.
