Usage scenario

Norristown Energy Ltd. uses input from their ERP system and StreamServe to produce invoices. By default, all invoices are printed and sent via the postal service every third month.

Since many customers prefer to get their invoices via email, Norristown Energy Ltd. gives the customers access to the StreamStudio Dispatcher web application.

In Dispatcher, customers can select how they want to receive their invoices – via email, fax or printer. When the StreamServer application creates the invoices it checks how each customer wants to receive the invoice and distributes it accordingly.
