About Dispatcher

With the StreamStudio Dispatcher web application you provide your customers with the possibility to select how their business documents are distributed. Business documents can be distributed via email, printer and fax.

You use Dispatcher to:

•	Create distribution channels for email, printer and fax.

•	Define the documents types that can be distributed via the channels.

Your customers use Dispatcher to select how they want their documents distributed.

Role based access rights

To use Dispatcher you must be assigned a role. The role determines your access rights to Dispatcher. Internal roles and access rights are configured in the StreamStudio Administrator web application. External roles and access rights are configured in the StreamStudio Customers web application.

Personalized user interface

You can personalize the Dispatcher user interface. For example, the font size and background color. In the StreamStudio My Preferences web application, you can make private personalization settings that apply to all your StreamStudio applications.

Global personalization settings for internal users are configured in the StreamStudio Administrator web application. For external users the settings are configured in the StreamStudio Customers web application.
