This flow control property specifies where the content begins to be displayed. Either where it fits, i.e immediately after the previous content, or in the beginning of the next Story frame.

Two texts are imported. Text 1 begins and ends in the first column. Text 2 begins in the first column and flows over to the second column. 
In this example, we want Text 2 to begin in the second column as in the picture below. This can be solved by configuring Start position > In next story frame for Text 2.
