Define Transformation dialog

When a node is selected in the Data template tree, you can add and edit transformation rules for the node in the Node section of this dialog.

When an element e is selected, you edit the attribute and its values in the Attributes and value section.

 

Node properties
Key	The key used for the transformation rule on the node. For example: – for repeated instantiation of a node $value – for defining a text string e.g. reference to /data/message/value
Value	For a repeater you can browse to e.g. a Message block, or for a text value, you can browse to a Message field, e.g. /data/message/value, using the browse button which opens the Data Selection dialog.

 

Attributes and value properties
Key	The key used for the attribute transformation rule, e.g. @attribute
Value	The value associated with the attribute, for example a Message variable. You can browse to the value by clicking the browse button which opens the Data Selection dialog.

Note:

You can use the to delete a selected transformation or move it up or down in the lists.
