Specifying the Content Server folder or content type
You can specify the Content Server Workspace folder that you want to store your documents in. You can also specify the content type of the documents that are stored and allow Content Server to store multiple documents with the same name.

On the Repositories node, right-click the ELS repository connection, and then click Document Type Mapping.

In the Document Types area, in the StreamServe list, click your document type.

On the Tools menu, click Properties.

Beside the Store document in Content Server folder with ID box, click browse and select the folder where you want you store the documents or enter the folder ID.

Changing the default content type for documents
The content type of a document determines which viewer Content Server uses to display the document. You can set the default content type of a document type to any of the content types that Enterprise Library supports.

Allowing multiple versions of documents in Content Server
Unless you change the default settings, StreamServer applications cannot store multiple documents with the same name in Content Server. This means, if a StreamServe application tries to store a document with the same name as a document that already exists in Content Server, the job fails.
To allow multiple versions of a document in Content Sever

Select Allow multiple versions of documents in Content Server.
