The Document Type and Metadata Mapping dialog box, shows the following:
• The Categories in the Content Server Categories folder and attributes for each Category. To map to Categories from another folder, see To browse Content Server folders for Categories to map to a document type.When you click OK to close the Document Type and Metadata Mapping dialog box, the affected StreamServe applications start using your mapping immediately. If you do not want the applications to start using your mapping, you can save your changes as an XML file. This is useful if you want to continue mapping the document types and metadata at a later stage, make a backup of your mapping, or want to import your mapping to another site.
1 On the Repositories node, right-click the ELS repository connection, and then click Document Type Mapping.

3 In the Document Types area, in the Document Model drop-down list, click the document model to map to the document type.
4 Optionally, in the Category area, select one or more Categories to map to the document type. To find a Category in another folder, see To browse Content Server folders for Categories to map to a document type.
– Click OK, which deploys your mapping to the affected StreamServe applications.

3 In the Metadata area, in the Unmapped Attributes list, click the property or attribute to map to the metadata, and click Map.

4 In the Additional Categories Folder box, browse to the folder with the Categories, and click Select.
