Approving a document When you are satisfied with a document, you can approve the document. The document is then formatted and distributed according to the configurations made in Design Center. You can select several documents at the same page, and approve all the documents at the same time. To approve a document 1 In the documents list, select the document you want to approve. 2 Click Approve. A confirmation dialog box opens. 3 Click Yes to approve the document. The approved document is removed from the documents list. An expiry time for the corresponding Message in the Message storage is set based on the Design Center configuration. If the approval fails If the approval fails, an error message is displayed. Before contacting the system administrator, it is recommended to refresh the document list and verify that the state of the document is updated to Failed.
