Rejecting a document If you are not satisfied with a document and want another end-user to edit or delete the document, you can reject the document. You can select several documents at the same page, and reject all the documents at the same time. Note: If you intend to edit or delete the document yourself, you do not have to reject the document. When rejecting a document, you can add a comment about the reason for rejection. The comment is displayed on the Metadata tab. Each time you add a comment to a document, the previous comment is overwritten. Figure 10 Rejection comment in Correspondence Reviewer To reject a document 1 In the Documents list, select the document you want to reject. 2 Click Reject. A rejection dialog box opens. 3 Enter the reason for rejection and click Ok. The document is rejected and the processing state in the documents list is updated to Rejected.
