Sorting documents
You can select one of the columns in the document list and sort the documents (in ascending or descending order) based on the values in the column.
Default columns
In the default documents list in Correspondence Reviewer, the following four columns are displayed:

Customized columns
In the property file for Correspondence Reviewer, the system administrator may have re-arranged or removed the default columns, and added new columns. If customized columns are added, you can sort based on these columns as well.
Note:
You cannot sort documents based on ErrorCode or ErrorMessage (if these columns are added).
To sort the listed documents
Right-click the column you want to use for sorting and select Sort Ascending or Sort Descending. The documents in the list are sorted accordingly.
