Filtering documents
You filter the document list using the criteria below.
Submitted – The document (submitted in Ad Hoc Correspondence or created from a batch of input data) is paused by an exception rule. The document needs to be reviewed.
Rejected – The document is rejected in Correspondence Reviewer. The document must be edited, deleted or approved.
Failed – The release of an approved document failed due to an error. After the error has been attended to by a system administrator, the document must be approved again.
To filter listed documents

In the toolbar, click Filters to expand the filter area.

Click Filter. The documents in the list are filtered according to the filter criteria.

Click Filters to close the filter area.
To clear the filters

In the toolbar, click Filters to expand the filter area.

In the filter area, click Remove Filter. The filters are cleared and the complete list is displayed.

Click Filters to close the filter area.
