Correspondence Reviewer user interface

When opening Correspondence Reviewer, the documents waiting for review are listed. In the application, you can review, reject, delete, edit and approve documents.

Correspondence Reviewer supports one end-user at a time accessing a specific document.

Toolbar buttons and tabs	Description
Approve	Approves the selected documents. The documents are then formatted and distributed according to the Design Center configuration.
Reject	Rejects the selected documents. After being rejected, the documents can be edited, deleted, or approved.
Edit	Opens the selected document for editing in Ad Hoc Correspondence. To enable editing, documents must be based on an Ad-hoc-enabled document definition, published in StreamStudio Composition Center.
Delete	Deletes the selected documents.
Refresh	Refreshes the document list.
Filters	Opens the filter area, where you configure how to filter the searches. For example, to display only documents created during a specified time period. Filter – Filters the document list according to the configurations made. Remove Filter – Resets any configured filtering of searches.
About	Displays information about Correspondence Reviewer and the SSSP application.
Metadata	Displays the metadata for the selected document.
Preview	Previews the selected document. Full screen – Resizes the document to fit the width of the web browser.
