When you have completed a document, you must submit the document for distribution. The document is then submitted to the StreamServer application for further distribution based on the Design Center Project configuration.
Note: If submit is handled outside Ad Hoc Correspondence, the Submit button is not available. For example, if submit is handled within the business workflow of the customer or in Correspondence Reviewer. If submit is handled in Correspondence Reviewer, you must first close the document to return to Correspondence Reviewer from where the document can be approved.Click Submit.If submit fails, an error message is displayed, informing you about the error and prompting you to contact the system administrator.After the error has been attended to by a system administrator, you must refresh or re-open the document, and submit the document again.
