Adding stories to a document

All stories attached to, but not included in, a document definition are available when you open a document in Ad Hoc Correspondence.

Searching for stories

All available stories are shown when you click Add content to open the Add content pane. You cannot use the category filter in this pane to limit the number of stories.

Previewing before adding

Preview is currently not implemented for stories in the Add content pane. You have to add the story to the document and preview it there.

Where to add stories

The sections in the document where you can add stories are highlighted with frames. You are prompted to add the story before or after the section.

To add a story to a document

1	Click Add content and expand the Stories section. All available stories are displayed.

2	Drag the story to the appropriate section in the document. The Add story dialog box opens.

3	Click Before or After depending on where you want to add the story in relation to the content in the section.
