Customizing Correspondence Reviewer

You can customize Correspondence Reviewer by editing the reviewer.properties file.

The property file contains the settings for a specific Reviewer application. You can use this file to customize the Reviewer application. Some examples include:

•	Change the number of documents shown per page.

•	Change the location of the Metadata and Preview tabs.

•	Enable or disable the paging toolbar on the Metadata tab.

•	Change the size of the toolbar buttons.

•	Customize the columns displayed in the documents list.

Prerequisites

Before updating the reviewer.properties file, you should back up the file.

To customize Correspondence Reviewer

1	Open the reviewer.properties file in a text editor. The file is located in:

<Portal root>\<Name>_reviewer\WEB-INF\spring\properties

For example, for Apache Tomcat:

<TOMCAT_HOME>\webapps\<Name>_reviewer\WEB-INF\spring\properties

Note:

If you use an external directory (outside the portal root) for the configuration files, you must update the property file in this directory.

2	To update the properties, follow the instructions in the property file.

3	Refresh the web browser by pressing the F5 key.
