How Correspondence Reviewer is accessed Figure 8 Accessing Correspondence Reviewer How it works 1 Correspondence Reviewer is accessed from the user interface, via the URL to Correspondence Reviewer. 2 A request is sent to the SSSP application. The request is passed via the service gateway to the Message storage in the runtime repository. 3 In the Message storage, the paused Messages are identified. 4 The Messages are filtered and sorted, and the corresponding documents are returned to Correspondence Reviewer via the service gateway and the SSSP application. The documents are listed in the application. Each time an end-user selects a document in the list, a document preview is generated. 5 If an end-user chooses to edit a document, the document opens in Ad Hoc Correspondence. The URL to Ad Hoc Correspondence is specified in the property file for Correspondence Reviewer. See Customizing Correspondence Reviewer. 6 After closing the document in Ad Hoc Correspondence, the end-user is automatically returned to Correspondence Reviewer.
