Bracketing a pattern

Syntax

{<pattern>}

This is equivalent to <pattern>, except that if you use bracketing, you must also bracket the full top level of the picture clause. Otherwise the picture clause engine will try to break up the input in multiple results, a feature for FormCalc which is not supported by StreamServe elsewhere.
