Validation messages

This section lists validation messages you can get via a pop-up or in the Output window (if you have specified to use output window for logging) when saving a Document. The listed messages either are caused by internal software error, or because of unsupported features in the StoryTeller tool.

 

"Story content error: Text command is placed outside paragraph borders"	Internal error. Please report to StreamServe support if you get this message.
"Paragraph content error: Wrong structure"	Internal error. Please report to StreamServe support if you get this message.
"Story content error: Wrong structure"	Internal error. Please report to StreamServe support if you get this message.
"Brush type is not supported for character style brush. Only solid brush is supported"	Only solid fill color is supported for character style.
"Gradient colors setting for object Fill property is not supported."	The specific gradient color settings you have set on an object are not supported.
"Fill type value for object is not supported."	The specific Fill settings you have set on an object are not supported.
"Brush type is not supported for the line style."	A specific style setting is not supported for line definition. For example, gradient fill colors on a border.
"Shape growth or shrink value is not supported."	The values you have set for Shape growth or Shape shrink are not supported.
"Resize mode value is not supported."	The Shape resize mode value is not supported.
"Exposed story contains Composition Center substitution."	An exposed Story cannot contain a Section.
"Text item has ’Vertical grow’enabled, but its shape is not rectangular."	Vertical grow only works for rectangular shapes.
"Text item has ’Vertical grow’ enabled, but wrapping is not set to ’None’."	Text wrapping around objects is only supported for objects that do not grow with content.
