Formatting Rules settings
Do not change font sizes	No change of text formatting when text does not fit.
Decrease font sizes in steps of...%	The percentage with which the font size is reduced for each step.
Apply maximum...steps	The maximum number of steps the font size reduction given in percent will be applied.
Decrease font sizes in steps of...points	The number of points with which the font size is reduced for each step.
Apply maximum...steps	The maximum number of steps the font size reduction given in points will be applied.
