Only First Instance – A header that is rendered only at the top of the first table instance.
All but First Instance – A header that is rendered at the top of all table instances except the first one. For example, to indicate that the table continues from a previous page.
All Instances – A header row for all instances of the table, for example descriptions of the table columns.
All but First Instance – For example a body row that you want to use for a subtotal value from the previous table instance. This body row is normally put above the other body rows.
All Instances – The body row that you normally set to be repeating.
All but Last Instance – For example a body row that you want to use for a subtotal value from the current table instance. This body row is normally put below the other body rows.
All Instances – A Footer row that is rendered on all instances of the table.
All but Last Instance – For example a Footer row that indicates that table will continue on next page.
Only Last Instance – For example a Footer that indicates that the table ends here.
