Normalization of non-XML names

When a Message is loaded in to a StoryTeller Document (e.g. by opening it from Design Center, any names in Message definitions that do not match XML naming rules are automatically renamed.

For example, field names can sometimes contain a space or a slash, or have a digit as a prefix.
