Selecting objects You can select an object either in the panels or in the sheet views (Sheet views are the Document, Page, Story, Table, Fragment, or Fragment Story views) • In the panels and sheet views, you can select several objects at once by pressing the Shift key while selecting. • In the panels, you can also press the Ctrl key while selecting. • In the sheet views, you can also drag the selection frame over objects. By pressing the Alt key while selecting, only the selection frame is active, so the underlining objects do not interfere with the frame selection.
