Grouping page links You can group page links to organize your document in a structured way. Grouping page links is useful if you use duplex printing and you want a common back page on all sheets. You can also set occurrence on a page link group. For example, if you want to specify that a first page and a back page is rendered only on one sheet. To group page links 1 In the Document Structure panel, select two or more page links by pressing the Shift or Ctrl key while selecting them. 2 Right click the selected page links and select Grouping > Group. To ungroup page links Right-click the group and select Grouping > Ungroup. To specify the occurrence of the page link group 1 In the Document or Structure panel, right-click the group and select Occurrence. 2 Select the occurrence for the group. See Layout properties. Example 14 A Document structure In this example, the sheets are groups of two pages each (front and back). The first sheet is specified to occur once. The number of times the body sheets recur depends on the input data. All sheets share the same page for the back side of the sheet.
