Keep lines together

In Word you can not specify an exact number of lines to keep together. If a StoryTeller paragraph has:

•	All lines specified for Keep lines together (or for either Keep start lines together or Keep end lines together), the setting is mapped to "Keep together" in Word.

•	If a StoryTeller paragraph has at least 1 line specified for either Keep start lines together or Keep end lines together, the setting is mapped to "Widow/Orphan control".
