Saving and loading application configuration with a document

You can select to save application configuration with a document. This means the tool configurations you have set at the point when you save the document is saved with the document. When the document is opened in another instance of the tool, the user of this instance have the option to load this application configuration with the document.

The configuration that can be saved and loaded with the document includes:

•	Zoom level

•	Measurement units

•	Font size unit

•	Thickness units

•	Show text area navigation

To save the application configuration with the document

1	Select Tools > Options.

2	In the Options dialog, select Defaults > Persistence.

3	Select Save application configuration with Document.

To load the application configuration with the document

1	Select Tools > Options.

2	In the Options dialog, select Defaults > Persistence.

3	Select Load application configuration from Document.
