Starting the StoryTeller tool
The StoryTeller tool is included in the Design Center setup. Design Center can be installed separately on a computer or together with other StreamServe components.

The StoryTeller tool can be started either from Design Center where the content of the document created in the tool defines a StoryTeller Process. The tool can also be started stand-alone where you save the document content as an SSD file.
You can add StoryTeller SSD files to your resource set to use them as Fragment or template resources for StoryTeller documents.
To create a StoryTeller Process

In Design Center, right-click the message and select Add Process > StoryTeller. A StoryTeller process is created.

To start an existing StoryTeller process
In Design Center, double-click the StoryTeller process.
To start the StoryTeller tool as a resource editor

To start the StoryTeller tool as a stand-alone application
From the Start menu, select All Programs > OpenText > StreamServe > Design > StoryTeller.
Note:
To start the StoryTeller tool from a command line

In a command line, browse to <StreamServe installation>
\Services\StoryTeller\<version>\bin

Run StoryTeller.exe
