Syntax	-odbctTimeOut <n>
Description	Specifies the time-out value that the StreamServer uses for connecting to data sources. The value is in seconds.
Comment	If no value is specified, the default value, 30 seconds, is used. Note: After a connection has been established, this argument is not applicable.
