Free blocks
Ordinary blocks are defined in the Event configuration. A free block is defined in the PageOUT tool, and can be edited the same way as ordinary blocks. You can use a free block to, for example, add text before and after a page break. A free block can be invoked using the CallBlock scripting function or by frame and block properties.
To add a free block at root level

Select Insert > Free Block and draw the block on the PageOUT sheet.

To add a free block to a frame

In the Process view, right-click the frame and select Add Free Block. The free block is added to the frame.

To configure a free block
In the Process view, right-click the free block and select the appropriate shortcut menu command. See Free Block.
