Adding pages You can add new pages one by one, or you can insert several pages at the same time. You can also duplicate the current page. To add a single page Select Page > Add Page. To add multiple pages 1 Select Page > Insert Pages. The Insert Pages dialog box opens. 2 Specify the number of pages, and where to insert the pages. 3 Click OK. To duplicate a page 1 Make sure the page you want to duplicate is selected. 2 Select Page > Duplicate Pages. The Duplicate Pages dialog box opens. 3 Specify where to insert the duplicate page. 4 Click OK.
