Creating the email
The MailOUT tool is the email editor. In the email editor you specify address information, subject, email body and static attachments.
To create an email

To add static attachments
You can add attachments to the email, for example product sheets, price lists, etc. These attachments must be available as files on disk.

In the MailOUT tool, click Add. The Add Attachment dialog box opens.

In File to attach, browse to and select the file to attach.

Enter the Attachment name.

Specify the MIME content type of the attachment:
Predefined – Select the content type from the Value drop-down list.
Custom – Enter a custom content type in the Value field.

Specify whether to Compress the attachment and click OK.
