Attaching files on disk
You can attach files on disk to an email delivered via an SMTP (MIME) connector. The attachment can be used as attachment, email body or alternative email body.
To add an attachment

From the Attachment type drop-down list, select Static attachment.

Enter the Attachment name.

From the Use attachment as drop-down list, select how to use the attachment:
Attachment – use as attachment.
Body – use as email body.
Alternative body – use as alternative email body.

Specify whether the Attachment is mandatory. If specified and the attachment cannot be added to the email, the job will fail.

In Attachment path, specify the path to the file to attach.

Specify the Content type of the attachment:
Predefined – Select the content type from the Predefined type drop-down list.
Custom – Enter a custom content type in the Custom type field.

Use Convert PCL to PDF to convert PCL files to PDF attachments.

Specify whether to Compress the attachment and click OK.
