Downloading logon credentials
For the test and production services, you download the logon credentials via specified web pages. You need a control code to authorize each download operation. On each web page, you also find an email code. The email code, directly followed by the control code, make up the logon credentials password for the service.
For security reasons, the links to the web pages for the logon credentials and the control codes are delivered to you separately, from different remitters:
The Appointee, specified in the enrolment form, distributes the links to the web pages, which you use to download the logon credentials for the test and production services. The Appointee is responsible for distributing the web page links in a secure manner, for example the links must not be sent to the same email address (inbox) as the control codes below. To authorize the download operations, you must enter the control codes.
OpenText Support sends you an email, containing the control codes for both the test and the production services. For each service, you must enter the control code in the specified field on the web page for the logon credentials.
For more information about how the logon credentials are created and delivered, see How logon credentials are created and delivered.
