Service Configuration dialog box, archive time-stamping

This section applies if archive time-stamping is used and the Seller archives e-invoices in the Collector storage.

In the Service Configuration dialog box in Control Center, you set up the archive time-stamping task for an Archiver application.

For each archive time-stamping task, the settings below are available.

Setting	Description
Type	Type of archiving task (that is, Archive time-stamping).
Name	A name for the archive time-stamping task.
Description	A description of the archive time-stamping task.
Schedule	A polling interval at which the Archiver application polls the output queue for e-invoices with hash values, but without references to any archive time-stamping records. You set up the polling interval in the Scheduler Configuration dialog box. To open the dialog box, select the field and click the button to the right of the field. For information about the available settings, see Scheduler Configuration dialog box in the Control Center documentation. Note: If the Seller is registered for VAT in Italy, or established in Italy but using foreign VAT numbers, the archive time-stamping task must be triggered at least every 10 days.
Logon credentials	The logon credentials and password used authenticate the Seller when logging on to the TrustWeaver On Demand Archive Time-stamping service. Private key file – The encrypted file for the logon credentials. The path must be set relative to the CollectorSignatureApplication directory: <StreamServe_Installation>\Applications\CollectorSignatureApplication\ Note: The Collector signature application is used internally by the Archiver application in the archive time-stamping scenario. Password – The password required to decrypt the file and use the logon credentials.
Proxy settings	Applicable if the Archiver application connects through a proxy server when calling the TrustWeaver service. Host – The name of the proxy server. Port – The port used by the proxy server, by default 443.
TrustWeaver service type	The type of web service that signs the list of hash values. TrustWeaver E-invoice test environment – Used during the development and testing phases. Does not produce legally binding digital signatures. TrustWeaver E-invoice production environment – Used during the production phase. Produces legally binding digital signatures.
Advanced > Archive record document type	The document type for archive time-stamping records. If this field is empty, StrsArchiveTSRecord must be specified as the document type name in Design Center.
Advanced > Archive record ID metadata	The metadata for archive time-stamping records. If this field is empty, StrsArchiveTSRecordID must be specified as the metadata name in Design Center.
Advanced > E-invoice document type	The document type for e-invoices that are archive time-stamped. To specify several document types, use comma separation. If this field is empty, all relevant document types are processed.
Advanced > Archive record reference metadata	The metadata for references to archive time-stamping records. If this field is empty, StrsArchiveTSRecordReference must be specified as the metadata name in Design Center.
Advanced > Archive record reference placeholder	The placeholder used if a reference to an archive time-stamping record is missing. If this field is empty, undefined must be specified as the static text value for the metadata for references to archive time-stamping records in Design Center.
Advanced > Batch size	The maximum number of hash values included in a list before the list is sent to the TrustWeaver On Demand Archive Time-stamping service. If this field is empty, the Batch size is 1000. Note: The Batch size must not exceed 1000.
Advanced > External document ID metadata	The metadata for identification of invoices. If this field is empty, StrsExternalDocumentID must be specified as metadata in Design Center.
