Configuring input queue settings In the input queue settings, you can configure how many times StreamServer should resend a failed job from the input queue and the number of threads to be used for the TrustWeaver On Demand service. Number of times to resend failed jobs You must find out how many times StreamServer should resend a failed job from the input queue. We recommend one retry per hour over a 12 hour period. If you use retries from the input queue, you must configure the corresponding output queue to process jobs when parent completed. If you do not configure the output queue to process jobs when parent completed, duplicate e-invoices may be delivered. Number of threads Unless otherwise stated in the EULA (End User Licence Agreement), OpenText and TrustWeaver have agreed on using one thread for the TrustWeaver On Demand service. If more threads are required, you must contact OpenText Support to make a new agreement with TrustWeaver.
