Adding a legal statement

From a legal view of point, TrustWeaver is the issuer of an e-invoice. You must therefore add the following legal statement to the invoice, informing that the e-invoice has been issued by TrustWeaver AB on behalf of the Seller:

Issued by TrustWeaver AB on behalf of <Seller>.

Where <Seller> is the name of the legal entity which is the source of the invoice data. For example, the company name.

The statement can also contain information on how to audit the e-invoice. For example, a reference to the TrustWeaver e-Invoice Audit Page for production:

To add a legal statement

You add the statement in the Process tool using standard procedures.
