Configuration in StreamStudio Dispatcher

In the StreamStudio Dispatcher web application, you must configure the distribution channels and the document types to distribute via the channels.

Configuration in StreamStudio Administrator and Customers

You must configure the Distribution settings in the StreamStudio Administrator and Customers web applications to give internal users and external customers access to the distribution channels.

Configuration in Design Center

In the Project, you use a Before Process script with the following Dispatcher scripting functions to dynamically retrieve the channels:

•	GetDistributionChannelsForRole – To retrieve the channels for a specific role.

•	GetDistributionChannelsForUser – To retrieve the channels for a specific user.

•	GetRolesForUser – To retrieve the roles a specific user is assigned.

You retrieve the distribution details, such as email addresses, either from the input data or with LDAP scripting from the directory.
