Exporting a Project to disk

If Design Center is not connected to a VCS, you must export the Project to disk. See Creating a release for information on how to export a Project when Design Center is connected to a VCS.

The export generates a file (*.export) that contains all the Platform layers in the Project. When you deploy the Project in Control Center, you must specify which physical layer to deploy.

To export a Project to disk

1	Select Tools > Export. The Export dialog box opens.

2	Specify the export settings. See Export dialog box.

Click OK.
