Services view In this category view, you can examine and un-register services. In this context a service is a StreamServer application exposed as a service either via a Service Request input connector or as a service enabled Message. The items (buttons, fields and table columns) in this view are described in the tables below. Item Description Delete Deletes the services selected in the Services table. If no service is selected, all expired services are deleted. You have to confirm the action in a confirmation dialog box. Filter Filter used to reduce the number of items shown in the Services table. If you enter a sequence of characters in this field, only table rows (services) that contain cells with the same sequence of characters are displayed. Search Used to search for services using a service key as search criterion. If you enter the value of a a specific ServiceKey (see below) and click Search, all services that contain the same ServiceKey-value are shown in the Services table. Columns in Services table Expired Shows whether the service is expired (Yes) or not (No). Expired services are also greyed out in the Services table. HeartBeat The last heartbeat detected from the service. ServiceName The name of the service. Version The version of the service. ServiceURI The service URI. Columns in ServiceKeys table (applies to service selected in Services table) ServiceKey Service keys of the service selected in the Services table. The service keys available depends on the type of service selected. ServiceValue Value of corresponding service key. Context menu (right-click table cell) Option Description Copy value Copy the value from a table cell. This can be useful in Database Administration Tool for example when you want to use a specific GUID as filter criterion.
