Persistent Resources view In this category view, you can examine, export, and delete persistent resources. The items (buttons and table columns) in this view are described in the tables below. Item Description Delete Delete the selected resources. Export Export the selected resource to file. View View the properties of the selected resource. See. See Properties dialog (persistent resources). Filter Filter used to reduce the number of items shown in the resource table. If you enter a sequence of characters in this field, only table rows that contain cells with the same sequence of characters are displayed. ID The GUID of the resource. Name The name of the resource. Type The resource type. SUBSTITUTIONTEMPLATE StoryTeller documents used as templates in Composition Center. SUBSTITUTIONDOCUMENTDEFINITION Document definitions (Process type Batch) created in Composition Center. SUBSTITUTIONIMAGE Image resources used in Composition Center document definitions. SUBSTITUTIONTEXT Text resources used in Composition Center document definitions. SUBSTITUTIONRULE Rules applied to resources used in Composition Center document definitions. SUBSTITUTIONSAMPLEFILE Sample files used when previewing documents in Composition Center and Composer. CALLPROCRULE Rules applied to Composition Center document definitions. ADHOC Document definitions (Process type Ad-hoc and Batch and Ad-hoc) created in Composition Center. DOCUMENTDEFINITION Document definitions used for Messages stored in Message storages. EXCEPTIONRULE Exception rules used to pause Messages. Used together with, for example, Correspondence Reviewer. Document Type The document type the resource is connected to. Revision Revision of the resource. Content Type The content type of resource. BLOB Size The blob size (bytes) of the resource. Creation Time The time the resource was created. Description A description of the resource. Context menu (right-click table cell) Option Description Copy value Copy the value from a table cell. This can be useful in Database Administration Tool for example when you want to use a specific GUID as filter criterion.
