Top jobs view

In this view, you can administer top jobs that matched the search criteria specified in the Search view.

The items (buttons, fields, and tables) in this view are described in the tables below.

Item	Description
Delete Expired	Delete all expired top jobs.
Expire	Expire the selected top jobs.
Cancel Job	Cancel the selected top jobs. Applicable to top jobs that are left unfinished in the runtime repository (Processing Status = N/A). This will set Processing Status to Cancelled for the top job and all its sub-jobs. You must do this before you can delete expired jobs that have Processing Status = N/A.
Job Details	Go to the Sub-jobs view view and examine the selected top job.
Filter	Filter used to reduce the number of top jobs shown in the job table. If you enter a sequence of characters in this field, only table rows that contain the same sequence of characters are displayed. For example, if you enter Completed in the filter, only jobs with status Completed are shown in the table.
Refine Search	Return to the Search view, specify new search criteria and start a new search.
Rerun Search	Rerun the search with the same search criteria as before.

Job table

You can sort the job table per column (click the column label).

Item	Description
Sequence No	Sequence number of the top job.
Last Processed	Last time the job was processed.
Processing State	The current state of the job. Processing The job is being processed. Resending The job is being resent. Cancelling Processing of the job is being cancelled. Removing The job is being removed. Holding Partially processed data is waiting for completion. Children to the job are processing. Idle Processing is finished. Archiving Documents in the job are being archived. N/A Processing has not started, or is not applicable.
Processing Status	The latest completed status of the job. Cancelled Processing of the job is cancelled. Removed The job is removed. Completed Processing of the job is completed. Aborted The job has failed the maximum number of retries. FailedOver Another StreamServer application has taken over due to failure. N/A Processing status not applicable.
Error Code	Error code of the job.
External ID	External ID of the job.
Tracker ID	Tracker ID of the top job.
Expiring Date/Time	Date and time the job expires.

Context menu (right-click table cell)

Option	Description
Copy value	Copy the value from a table cell. This can be useful in Database Administration Tool for example when you want to use a specific GUID as filter criterion.
