Managing license files

Unlicensed StreamServer applications run in demo mode by default. In demo mode, texts in the output are randomly removed and replaced by the text string “Demo”. To license StreamServer applications, you must get a license file and connect the license file to the StreamServer applications.

Expired, invalid, damaged or removed license files

•	If a license file is expired, invalid or damaged, the StreamServer application will not start.

•	If the license file is removed, the StreamServer application will revert to Demo mode. This means texts in the output is randomly removed and replaced by the text string “Demo”.
