New Application Domain dialog box (Adding)

The New Application Domain dialog box is used to add a new application domain.

Setting	Description
Enter name of new application domain	The name of the application domain. The application domain name must: • Only include ASCII characters (a-z, A-Z, 0-9). • Not include any white spaces.
Application domain version	The version of the application domain. For example: 5.6.0
Physical Layer	Ties the application domain to a specific physical layer. For example, if you have the physical layers Dev, Test and Prod, and tie an application domain to the physical layer Prod, you can only deploy the Prod layer to the application domain. This will prevent users from deploying the wrong layer by mistake. Note: The name of the physical layer must be the same as the name of the physical layer specified in Design Center.
