Adding and configuring a Collector archive

You must add and configure the Collector archive in the Archives folder. After adding and configuring the Collector archive, you must also create the archive.

Name limitation

Control Center automatically prevents you from using disallowed characters in the name.

To add and configure a Collector archive

1	In the Control Center tree view, right-click the Repositories node and select New Repository.

1	From the Type drop-down list, select Collector Archive. The New Archive dialog box opens.

2	Configure the new archive. See New Repository dialog box.

3	Click OK. The Configuration dialog box opens.

4	Configure the properties for the archive. See Configuration dialog box (Collector archive).

5	Click OK. The Collector archive is added to the Repositories folder.

You must now create the Collector archive.
