Deleting the template

To delete a template and any document definitions based on the template, you must:

1	In Design Center, in the Message view, right-click the StoryTeller Process and disable Composition Center (or delete the StoryTeller Process).

2	In Design Center, export the Project.

3	In Control Center, delete the template from the runtime repository and enterprise repository. See Deleting Composition Center templates from the repositories in the Control Center documentation.

4	In Control Center, redeploy the Project.

After the deletion and redeployment, templates and document definitions are no longer displayed in Composition Center.

If you only delete the StoryTeller Process and redeploy the Project without deleting the corresponding template, the template and the document definitions based on the template no longer work correctly. The document definitions are displayed in Composition Center, but are corrupted. For example, document definitions that appear to be published are actually unpublished.
