Roles

To log in to StreamStudio, a business user should be assigned one or more StreamStudio roles. The role gives the user basic or full access rights to the StreamStudio applications. Users with full access rights to Composition Center can, for example, create document definitions, approve texts, and publish document definitions.

StreamStudio roles and access rights are managed in StreamStudio Administrator.

Approval workflow

To enable the Approval workflow in Composition Center, the business user who approves the document definitions must be assigned the following roles:

•	A role with full access rights to Composition Center.

•	The same role as the user who submits the document definition for approval.
