Image and text resources
Image and text resources can be shared with other users and re-used in any number of document definitions. The business users can apply rules and control how text and image resources flow in output documents. To publish a document definition, all included image and text resources must be approved.
Text resources
Text resources can contain metadata that makes content dynamic.
Image resources

If there is a Media Management repository available at the company, business users can link images from the repository to the document definitions. For more information, see OpenText Media Management images.
Sharing text and image resources
The business users can use the Content access setting in Composition Center to control which users have access to specific images and texts. New images and texts are by default private, that is only users assigned the same StreamStudio role as the creator can use the resource.
