About Composer

With the StreamStudio Composer web application you can dynamically import images and personalized texts, for example targeted marketing messages, into your business documents.

You use Composer to:

•	Write and format the texts. You can also use metadata variables to dynamically include customer specific data, for example, the customer name in texts.

•	Upload images to use in business documents.

•	Set up rules for when texts and images are imported. For example, based on the date and the customer category.

•	Preview output documents.

•	Publish the composed document to put the text and images into production.

Role based access rights

To use Composer you must be assigned a role. The role controls the access rights to Composer. Roles and the access rights are configured in the StreamStudio Administrator web application.

Personalized user interface

You can personalize the Composer user interface. For example, font size and background color.

In the StreamStudio My Preferences web application, you can make private personalization settings that apply to all your StreamStudio applications. Global personalization settings, per role or per user, are configured in the Administrator web application.
