Pattern properties

Used for editing pattern properties. Select the pattern in the Message view, and edit the properties in this view.

Pattern properties
ID	Pattern name.
Description	Textual description of the pattern.
Comment	Additional comment.
Match	Match criterion for the pattern. See Match criteria for patterns. Long paths and path indexing will affect performance. Use the shortest path possible, and use path indexing only when necessary.
Enabled	Select whether or not to use the pattern. If you disable the pattern, make sure that it is not used in any rules.
